I will check it over weekend but I really feel that this issue it not a coolant leak or water coming in the car. The windows arnt steaming up. It's a film, hard to explain sorry. Also, the car smells good which is why I really dont think Ive Got water coming in. It's always done this since owned this car since December 2011, The above comment off ffoc would make more sence?
Keep the ideas coming though.

Will get a chance to check it over weekend, it's not been a big issue over winter, just on warmer/ dryer days I'm cleaning all windows every 24 hours.
I like keeping my cars mint but cleaning every window on the focus everyday is doing my head in.
It's just mine and the misses daily, don't wanna be as anal with the cleaning on this.

Saw this first hand yesterday when Chris brought the car around.

The windows aren't steamed up they have more of a greasy film to them. I've worked on many a car with interior water leaks and never seen any like this.

a greasy film is clearly not normal water vapour, so something else must be in the cabin either in the flooring or coming directly out of the hvac (could either be antifreeze fro mthe heater matrix or oil out of the a/c evaporator)

The system has been tested for leaks. It's all been cleaned and renewed.

how exactly was it tested it for leaks? what were the results of the leak test?

i'm not sure what exactly would have been cleaned and renewed??

you would only need a very small amount of coolant or refridgerant to cause a film on the glass, did the A/c have a full nitrogen test as well? what was the recovered weight and when was it last done (previous to this time) and what where the result of that ?

you have to think logically with something like this, something has to be inside the car allowing the contamination of the glass surface.

refrigerant wouldn't cause a film, the oil perhaps would though

I didnt want to complicate this thread anymore by explaining there is oil in the system too lol
As the oil carrier I decided to use that instead

i know that mate but it seems the OP needs all the details he can get, otherwise he won't be able to solve it.
