As his boss tryed to tell me it was an easy mistake to make as it dose look miss leading (key lock easy to see) it dident really inspire confidence in the others that worked there iver

TBH, I have been to 3 different Kwik Fit centres in my time, and have only ever been greeted by fcuking MORONS. Staright out of college dicks who I have had to tell what to do, or old nobs that have been sacked from the bike rack at halfords.

There may be the odd good lad at some of these garages, but I am yet to see them

Have to say my experience of Kwik Fit has never been good, they recently moved and took over the branch of Tyre Sales near me. Don't bother going there anymore even thought the Tyre Sales lads are still there as well, the manager from KF works there as well and he is a real stuck up twunt, thinks he's the bees' knees.

To be honest you cant judge every mechanic at kwick fit by this, my cousin trains people and runs a quickfit training center i know for sure he's no twat he's been a mechanic all his life and knows the score. Theres idiots where ever you look but its unfair to judge every single fitter they have by this. The kid is at fault but that could have easily been a lad who works for a valeting company or any business where peo[ple leave there cars and trust they wont be abused.

I persoanlly wouldnt take my car there as i have friends who i trust that fit my tyres and i do the mechanic stuff myself.

Feel sorry for the poor boys family and at the end of the day his actions resulted in the death of an innocent person, 6 years to me seems like he got of lightly IMO

 

He'll serve 39 months minus 4.5 months if he's gets Tag. More than likely get Cat D'd after 24 months aswell.

I think the sentence is appropriate, and so did a judge who gave out the sentence. Sad for the lad and his family, but also a shame that what started as a laugh for the fitters has ruined their own lives as well.

No one will admit to this, everyone on here drives like an angel.

Sad for both sides would hate to lose a child like this at such a young age when it could have been avoided, but at the same time the guy in question now has to live with what he has done, he could have been a really nice guy who had one moment of madness and now its ruined his life and the other familys.

 

I think emotion would take over me, all reason and sense would go out the window if they killed my lad by fucking about in somonelses car! Id hate to think what id do, hopefully never in that position!

People on here saying them lads have ruined their own lives by 6 years in prison, what a load of shit!! They are still alive and well and will serve half their sentence and be out!
