Disable second o2 sensor???

Disable second o2 sensor???
I'm doing a ZT soon and it just occured to me, what the hell do i do with the second o2 sensor (after cat)? I would be using either a unichip, or megasquirt.
Is there functionality for disbling it through the ECU or does it have to be done another way..?
