has anyone used the track spec Ahmed Bayjoo springs comperied to the "fast road" springs?

 

No but the only difference is the rears are approx 15% stiffer

 

I've got the track spec items and they are bloody marvellous. Fit an uprated diff mount while you're on and it feels like a different car.

 

well i am just uploading pics for my project thread but you can see the details on there buy my funding cant treach to a diff mount yet but have poly bushed the beam mounts even just that has done a great deal i am used to a 2010 fiesta on coilovers so i prefurr a not harsh ride but"connected" to the road feel ...

sweet keep me updated PS it at the moment has shot front shocks with standard Ghia suspension apart from poly bushing and cossy roll bar at the back and even that made a huge difference i atchley cant wait for some proper shocks and springs ...im getting extied like a little kid lol
