Smile 2wd cos starter

Just heard the Mondeo mk1 and 2 diesel starter is a direct swap

Anyone confirm this

i used front mount (escort, fiesta,focus, mondeo etc) starters on all my zetec, CVH and cossie engined cars with no hassle
