i used to work 4 them for 2 years they are one of the most in trouble companies in england
if you ever lose service just threaten to cancel your packedge or legal action they buckle when people threaten them with this as theyve been sued so much befor

yep its fucked mate, im working at ntl broadband support in swansea. its been intermittent since tuesday due to problems with the servers in winnersh.
email problems will hopefully be sorted by tomorrow, also problems with ntlworld.com and webspace on upload.ntlworld.com

all emails that have been sent over the last few days look like their taking a while to go back onto the email servers, through out today (friday) they should all be back on
