Default MOT Question

Would you fail this on an MOT?

Got in this van at work and noticed the door didn't quite fit properly at the top and loads of cold air was blowing in! I think someones tried to break into it by peeling the door open!
Its an LDV Piece of shit pilot!

Mmm, I don't think you could fail it because it's not a safety hazzard to the general public like a rusty wing would be, plus it's not structural, just not secure.

If that was me I would have failed it. If my pillar was rotten or cracked like that I wouldn't be happy with it.
LDV's are cra end of.
I worked at a ldv dealership. All of them were shit.
