Does anyone know if a 1997 Astra has an inertia switch that kills the fuel pump in the event of an impact?

Someone hit the back of my dads one yesterday it cut out and now it won't start! I've had a quick look and can't find one? It's a 1400 estate

The impact was hard enough to bend the boot floor so i suppose it could be something else?

I know it will be written off but would be really useful to get it moveable at the moment!
