BMW E36/E46 owners - show me your interiors
I know there is a few BMW owners with 3 series so i am interested in seeing your interiors for both E36 and E46 models, including M3's.
I may even have some material for your worn seats

The interior is really nice although it's all getting stripped out this year for buckets and a cage

Cleaned with "raceglaze". I bought it from my local detailing place (Polished Bliss) and it works a treat.

Mines a standard hellgrau leather setup, with hellgrau handbrake & gear gaiters. Would dig out a pic, but its basically the same as the vert above only without the cc steering wheel. There's a thgread on E36coupe with pics of all the individual interiors too.
Have been looking into putting E46 sport seats in my coupe, looks great and the leccy fronts are cheaper & easier to get hold of !

on a tangent, the vaders look the danglies, buy theyre not at all supportive! on a fast corner you'll slide right out of them (unless you like a few of the ol' fray bentos)
i hoped the sports seats woud be better when i put those in my green one but alas, just as useless

You must be mad! Surely that's going to seriously devalue the car? Mind you, if you've got the dollar.. I suppose it's only a car. Just seems a shame to do it to a rare'ish car, I'd sooner get a normal M3 and rape that. Lovely cars though.

Still think the E30 aand E46 shapes are the best of the 3 Series, if you don't buy an early chassis rot edition of the latter that is. The CSL interior is sex wee

Correct Stu,
James,
Id not do anything to the car that can't be undone.
Beleive it or not i'm more concerned about mice getting the original seats while in storage than the fitting of a cage
Dont use the car for anything than track days really nowadays so it makes sense.

I have some big bags the seats may fit in.
Pm me your address and I can send a couple of bags up. They are strong enough to hold a gearbox in
