Default cracked blocks

would you use a Cossie block that has been repaired(by a well known engineering firm)it's been welded across two of the head bolts threads it's been offered to me for cheap money it's fully rebuilt to standard spec! will only be used to 300bhp max(so not too much flexing) as it's to go in a Ford Anglia project

i wouldn't use it cos 205 blocks are available basically for nothing, but if it was the right price i would buy it and transfer everything over to another block.
