Default Focus ST 2006 problem

So I have Focus ST and since 2006 it has been great car. But today when I turned it on I noticed three problems that I have never had before and I think they all are connected.
So when I started my car.
-Climate control and heater dosn't work. Don't push any air throught.
-It shows that bonnet is oppened but it's not. (I opened it to check and closed it, still shows that it's opened)
-It dosn't show outside temperature.

Any ideas what have gone wrong?

GEM is the Generic Electronic module, controls a number of functions. Water leak from rain or similar would cause damage, not water leaking out of the car (unless it's loosing water?) The actual component isn't cheap, and IIRC they need to be reprogrammed by the main dealer.

Check for blown fuses first before going to the expense of a new unit and expensive Ford diagnostics.
