What plenum do you have a hart?
yep a hart one i think the probs i had with fitting maybe because i have esc cos inlet trumpets that i think they are longer and thats why it was so close to the abs block/pipes as ive read others have said theres went on fine

Also i wasent very impressed with the quality of the plenum the m6x1mm bolts they sent were to long plus it was like screwing them into butter! i had to heli coil all 10!. Finaly got it on then it was a total arse to get throttle body on with the bracket they supplyed also had the cut all 4 throttle body bolts down as the hole were no deep enough in the new plunum. I will have to move the power stearing bottle too as its now in the way of the throttle body and will have to mod the power stearing pump too so ill mod it too take a bango bolt there is no way ill get a hose over the standard tail thats on the pump with the throttle body on and i will have to have my intercooler modded aswell but its on and will be finished next week
Exactly the same as mine - the holes for the throttle are shite and at least one is deffo gonna need a coil and i had to mod my pump it's the best way i think and still use the std hose

One of the more worrying issues with mine is the hole in the front lug for the rail i think the hole is drilled a mm too high so the first injector isn't covered as much as the others but i bought mine off Dave when he broke the Escos so it must be fine

The plug the pipe goes onto pulls out - block the hole up with some rag and drill the pump to suit M18X1.5 Thread - then tap

Fit a banjo fitting that has the right diameter for the fluid job done.

Cost me Ł10 to get it modded

I carnt see how you get a pipe on the standard tail. With my manifold on there is about 1 - 2 cm gap from the throttle body to the top of the tail the p/stearing pipe gos over. When the pipe is on it it must be up against the manifold

My PAS fluid return pipe will need cutting off and turned 90 degrees unless you want your bottle at a angle

This way you can swivel the fitting 360° and shorten the pipe to what ever

So you have got your outlet pointing towards the front of the car.

Did you also move your PAS bottle towards the front as well ?

Yes mate i have loads of room so it just face's forward, could sit at any angle - i haven't had to move my tank - mines a Spec R and sit's a little further back, the smaller pipe of the two from the tank is very slightly in the way when full throttle but thats due to it having no permanent bend in it, i'm able to put a U clip over it and screw to the inner leg which still gives me enough curve without cutting off fluid at all and clearing the throttle linkage

I think this is about your only option with your TB

It does just bolt on, you just have to unbolt everything else and move it around and get special parts made up

I wouldn't call them problems Dan just a few little fixable issues to sort

I wouldn't mind seeing the AS inlet to compare the two on the build quality

The 200 block will be built up if this one dies. I will have new pistons with valve cutouts a bigger inlet cam and some more porting on the exhaust side of the head.
