today i have modded my ecc4 throttle body and made a bracket for my hart plenum. as no one seemed to supply one i made my own.

I was told ill have to shorten/mod the pig tail pipe and thats it but i havent even looked yet to be honest! But if i do run into any probs ill do as my mate has done on his saff with a hart plenum which was to remove the pump and ford power stearing set up and go electric with a merc a class pump and modded standard hoses/pipes to the rack which were sorted by a local hydraulics company

 

Steve the end of the the bracket you have is what i ideally need, i have a Spec R bracket and the cable doesn't lock into the bracket like it does on the standard YB bracket.



2wd pump mod is easy to drill and tap for a M18 banjo bolt or go for one of Auto Specialists conversions which is Ł30

 

The bracket that is supplied as part of the fitting kit (from the guy that makes them) uses two of the three bolt holes in the plenum and reverses the way the throttle body mechanism works (so the cable pulls the other way) wich imo. Looks more factory.
