Going to be doin a bit of spraying when my stuff comes back from the blasters, and I need a fairly decent spray mask,
I may spray in 2k (2 pac) anyone know a good place to get one and how much it will cost.?

Ive seen one on e bay and it says it is ok for 2k use =

Hello, that mask on Ebay aint for use with 2K paint, the only masks you can use are air fed masks, they are fed from the compressor, so you brethe clean air all the time, they come as a complete kit, the mask, all the pipe work, the belt and the cabon filter, if you shop about and dont want the best should think around £150-200.

Sounds alot but you try buying a pair of lungs for that much, 2K paint is a killer!!

Have to agree with Rossco that does seem odd as most arnt recomended for use with isocynates unless their airfed

Worth droping him a mail and asking how that one is!!!! Cos thats dangerous if it aint and should be reported. Ive got an air fed and cartridge mask and oficially supposed 2 use the air fed all the time. The main thing is how much your gonna spray and how ventilated the area is. I've been a bit lazy and used the cartridge mask a few times and i know alot of sprayers do but as said isnt the healthiest option
