Are they actually using the words safe and Nurburgring in the same sentence?

 

I think the UK probably already has more racetrack density than just about anywhere else in the world, including all the airfields that get used we must be up in triple figures already, so I dont really see how anyone can claim there isnt already a safe offroad option.

think a big draw of the Nurbergring is its heritage and history and everything, dont see how they can compare a race track in a deprived area to that but hey! signed!

 

Quick list from one of the trackday companies I book through, im sure there are others.

But clearly this guy doesnt live anywhere near any of these places:




* Abingdon

Abingdon Airfield has top quality tarmac with a good mix of corners, long straights and run off area.

Almeria race circuit has a 4.3km track which was designed with MotoGP and F1 testing in mind. This is a technical circuit with 14 corners some of which have double and even triple apexes.
