Lol!!
I spotted some cheese that goes off on tuesday, so thought 'cant waste it'....got bored after about 2 bites so cracked out the digestives....took me about 1/2 - 3/4 of a pack to polish off the cheese....one day I'll be a fat fat bloater.....and habits will have to change....or I'll need some laxatives at least.

Lol I totally agree Kim!....I know people who have a fit if they haven't got a calculator at lunch though, I could piss myself laughing! ''Damn, that nice looking fry up is 2 calories over my budget, so I'll gain weight through the stress of having to eat hamster food and seeds instead.....''

The only thing with the Special K and Chrunch Nut diet is that you have to eat it quick. The reson being is that it has a lot of sugar and needs to be digested fast, so eat quick and drink 2L of water a day.

You will be ping all day long but you feel good for it though.

Nah dont think im on the weight watchers most wanted board ....if I put on too much weight I'll just exercise more....not cut down on food (I think that would kill me) nothing like a bit of exercise to shift flab....spare tyres should only be kept in the boots of cars, not tucked under t-shirts...
Just questioning calories out of interest...as I have literally no knowledge of what we are ''supposed'' to have....like most people I just eat when hungry, and keep eating until full...I doubt I'll ever have a problem with weight, as my mothers hardly dawn french...but you never know...

right, do this Kate and all will b well
1 Stay away from cheese, it's evil!
2 have 6 small meals a day, we as humans are "hunter gatherers" we are supposed to eat as we go, little and often, we just have 3 large meals a day as that's what we've allways done
3 a fist size portion of carbs, and a fist size portion of protien in each meal, sod all that pre cooked stuff and pizza, I try to have the following (in a perfaect day)
0700 weetabix and skimmed milk, and a pint of water
1000 sardines on brown toast, no marg, and a pint of water
1300 pasta and chicken with a low fat sauce and mixed veg, and a pint of water
1600 low fat cottage cheese (v good for ya) on some snakkajacks and a pint of water
1900 steak and oven chips and mixed veg,and a pint of water again!
All this takes a while to get right, and these have to be small portions too! combine this with a good training schedule and ya laughing!(I got all this from a book called "Body for Life" by bill phillips, a v good book!
Enjoy

Thanks mate ...a whole eating plan? hehe...and no cheese? fook right off....
'small portions too'..... can't quite contemplate that...do manage the 5/6 meals a day though....(not really small portions )....

Fair play though, I have the most respect for people who can stick to that sort of thing..
I'll print it off for someone with some willpower.....I wouldnt get past 1300 =)

this whole thread is making me seem like a bottomless pit of fast food and cheddar cheese....

And Gareth.....ya bastard! ...lolol

oh, and if you have ice in your water it makes your body work harder to burn it off, essential if you're going for the "arse of a ten year old boy" look!
