Thumbs down crooked focus arches?

i have a 3 door mk1 focus, and i hate the rear arches, the flat part of the arch (nearest to the door) is almost wavey, why isn't it straight. its like it on both sides. I know its probably like it on most cars but i think it looks shit.

Has any one else got arches like this on their focus?

yes the inner lip. the area that starts from the sideskirt nd goes upwards Will get a pic up later today though if you dont know wat i mean. It just bothers me because i dont want to respray the car with it like that, might look like i forget to rectify a problem plus i cbb with replacing rear arches.

Basically where the arch meets the plastic sideskirt, its as normal as any arch, but as it goes up and under the arch instead of being a visible arch lip, it bends inwards into the bodywork, so it looks like its got an arch lip from the bottom side by the skirt then it tapers off and dissapears and you cant see it,but if you look and feel inside the arch the arch lip is there, its just bend inside the arch.

I took a grinder to mine the other day to remove the surface rust and hammerited it, good as new (black car so cant tell difference) ill get a pic.

Here is a pic, flash isnt working on my camera for some reason, but you get the idea, the bottom part of the arch is what hes on about, its visible but as you see as it goes up towards the picture the arch lip bends inwards inside the arch making it invisible, personally i think it looks better and the only part that had rusted on mine was the bottom bit that sticks out, if you try bending it back out i think it will look crap and it was obviously designed like that for a reason ! either cut it off completely or leave it id say
