http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Escor...item3cbe2d9b0b

Its just down the road from me. Havnt viewed it yet but my mate says whoever did it has done a real good job on the kit and that you can't really tell its not genuine!

Apart from changing the wheels as there just too big for my liking i think it looks awsome.

I think its just abit over priced? I can't afford a real one so its my only option!

I was going to px my MINT xr3i as thats worth around 2k.

What do you all think?

I would rather have a Rs turbo than have that. More street credit than having a replica mate.

i would never own a replica. I just dont get it...

Always tell a mile off and just whats the point. Surely owning such an iconic car is having the power, pride, cred etc etc.

not just a cosworth badge on the back and a load of fibreglass attached to your car.

Mate its not the answer, your gonna get laughed at not admired for having a replica escort, fair doo's if it yad the yb lump in it but it aint and is and will be slow as sin, your playing right into corsa drivers hands with that and will get your arse handed to ya no doubt LOL

Dont do it

Get an S2 Turbo and get 180-200 bhp for a quick wee car that sounds and looks the part

I just wanted somthing abit more reliable (zetec)

Was looking at rs1800 or xr2i 1.8 16v.

Known lads with S2's and they've had nothing but trouble with them even though i do love em!

Not too bothered about it being a rep even tho the power isnt there but im not a fast driver anyway!

I'll have too look tomorrow and see if it looks better/worse up close!

I'd keep the 3i if it was me.
