Default Mondeo related question...

Can anyone answer this for me, regarding MK1/2 Mondeos.

Are the front hub assemblies the same on a 2.5 model as they are on a 2.0/1.8 etc? If not, what are the differences?

Ta!

The front hubs ar ethe same on the 2.5 and diesel ones but diffrent from the 1.67/1.8 and 2.0 ones as they run a bigger drive shaft.

As above is correct, i know for sure, snapped a shaft on a ghia x v6 mk2 a few years ago, bought a 2.0 zetec one, didnt work, bought a diesel one, that did, though i think the diesel shafts are hollow where as the petrol 2.5 ones are solid? thats the only bit im not 100% on.
