auto to manual conversion??
i've owned my mk2 escort for 7 years now, and once it comes back form the paint shop i'll be dropping the hot crossbun back under the bonnet (130bhp ish) but im always planning ahead and i have a very keen idea of what i'd like to do, i want to drop a nissan turbo into it from a 200sx, not the 2.0ltr as they're out of my price range, but the 1.8T, a few tweeks should see it sail past 200bhp and keep it reliable and under stressed. now heres my question, anyone on here have experience with converting auto to manual? theres an old 200sx in a breakers near me and its complete. i understand a new box is needed, flywheel and ecu, also a hydraulic clutch set up, am i pretty much there or am i missing a big piece of the puzzle?? any help would be gratefully recieved,

Well you'll be running your peddle box.
You need a spigot bearing, flywheel, clutch, slave cylinder.
Dong need ecu just need to bridge the connector so it thinks it's always in D on the box.
