Hi im just after abit of advice

Last night i was driving in milton keynes, when drivin around a roundabout turning right the car to my left. Missread there sat nav and cut me up clipping the front of my car

The damage was minor but my front bumper now needs a respray,

I then went to a garage for a quote and was quoted 200 pounds for the bumper respray,

The people are saying they would like to see the paperwork before they give me the money understandably but when i went to the garage the bloke said he cant give paper work until the works carried out,

So im abit stuck, id go to another garage but i dont want to get a more expensive price and tell the people its more expensive

And i also dont really want to pay for the people to never answer the phone again

Help around this situation is much appreciated thanks

 

theres no reason garages cant give writen estimates sounds like he cant be bothered to do it

 

I'd take it to another garage and find out if it's actually going to be more expensive, then take it from there.

surely the first guy can write out an estimate with a stamp or a headed piece of paper with garage name, fs.

 

where did you take it . anglian vehicle repair just of the a6 done a good job on my mates car a couple years ago you could try there
