Has anyone done this? What pins have u used on the Omex plug for the 4 non-earth wires?

Why would you want to fit it to an omex ecu?

 

Does the Apexi not want the following:
Power, Ground, Throttle, Speed, and RPM which would need to come from my Omex

Or do you mean because the Omex can control a wastegate already? If so i want adjustable boost per gear and the ability to change settings at a touch of a button

Iv got both of the above of mine and had the AVCR working fine, but I never got the chance to get it mapped with the raised boost pressure so set it to bypass mode so the wastegate opened on spring presure only.
