Just wondering, as I was about to change my cam belt, if I changed my cams and pulleys now, would it need remapping straight away?
I know to get most from it, it would, but I'd rather get it done when I've changed injectors and turbo as well.

what profile cams are you changing from & too

 

if timed up to std it should be fine.. i changed from 2 bd10s and put bd14 and std exhaust still running the old greys chip and was fine to drive 200 miles for mapping.. all to have them swapped again after..

 

Going from std, was thinking of a ab07

 

if your only going a short distance to get it mapped it should be ok, but drive it off boost

 

fair play. might have to stay with my std cams for now, then.
