Started the RS to take it to the MOT, got lots of smoke from the zorst, (worse when driving it) and some from the block, just did an oil change and had a really small ammount of mayo on the dipstick after the oil change, had some gunk in the filler cap, but cleaned that so waiting to see if any more comes back, are there any tests i can do?

I think there is a liquid you can buy that you mix in with the coolant fluid and it goes one of two colors depending on whether there's oil or exhaust gases in there.
Not 100% sure though, you got a BTTT out of this anyway...
