Focus St boost problems help please

Default Focus St boost problems help please

Having problems with boost at the moment with the st, i have changed the boost solenoid, as well as the boost pressure sensor, still i am receiving no boost on throttle and engine management light is on any ideas ???

I'm not sure about the Focus ST but what are the age/miles of the car.. since it might help identify your issue if there are 'known' problems with these cars??

Have you checked all pipework? Could be a knackered actuator? Are you running a vent to atmosphere dump valve?

Age is 2007/ mileage is 76k, i have checked all pipeworks spent pretty much all day on it today still no luck, not to sure about the vent to the dump valve

No he means are you running a standard dump valve or an aftermarket noisy one?

Try cleaning the MAF. A dirty MAF can cause all all kinds of grief

Could it be the airflow that is causing the problem, if i rev the car the boost gauge does show boost, but when driving dont seem to get nothing

On snap on diagnostic computer the code showing is P0238
