Default lightend flywheel in a escos

as above i need to replace my clutch soon so is it worth lightening and balancing my flywheel my spec is t35/55 standard engine ,seimens 55,approx 380bhp

might as well, how much you get taken off is up to you really, too much and idle goes lumpy.
more than anything get it balanced.

what benefits will i see by changing 2 a 2wd one,
am i right in thinking that if it get lightend the car will rev quicker and effectivly come on boost sooner but i will loose some torque

you will lose no torque, that's a myth as it doesn't even follow any physics to make that happen.
what it will do is make the car rev easier, won't make boost any sooner, but reduces load on engine a bit.
however it will slow the engine sooner on overrun and you'll feel the effect of a hill sooner as the car will slow easier if you don't put your foot down sooner to compensate.
