But deffo worth it if you could do it.....











TVR Cerbera 4.2 Cat C @ simpsonsalvage.com What a motor, just a shame to see it gutted like that. Would it really be economically viable to repair that?

If it was economically viable to repair it, then it wouldn't be a cat C write off would it??

I know what you mean though


I've seen early Cerberas for 15k in good condition so I wouldn't start mucking around with that one unless I was a professional retrimmer and owned a bodyshop...or I was Freddy Kruger

It was £7495 IIRC. Simpson's do charge a lot for some of their stuff, but some of the other stuff is reasonable. Was up there one time mind, and I saw this Astra, rusted up to fook. They wanted £150 for it! No chance!

I bought an orion 1.8 ghia from simpsons for 125 quid, fitted a second hand sump (it had been ripped of when hitting a traffic island) and a bottom suspension arm, then sold it for £400 after using it as a daily driver for 6 months. sorted

wouldn't go near it.
even the paint on its own if $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
cost me £900 just to get a scratched wing repainted properly!!
