i dont think they are a disgrace. they are choosing the best players available and in doing so they are one of the best teams in europe. playing in the last stages of the campions league is giving players like cole, lampard, terry, etc valuable experience at the highest level which must be of benefit to england!
by weeding out the average young english players in the prem they are letting the others who are good enough the chance to excel and prove just how far they can go!

Mourinho and Ranieri at Chelsea.
Houllier and Benitez at Liverpool.
Allardyce at Bolton.
Plus others.
Are all guilty of going to foreign shores for talent when there are players of equal ability in this country.

We dont even give our own players a chance in the England set up so how can we expect the league clubs to do it.
AJ is the leading english scorer this season so in the friendly he gets 20 minutes on the right wing of a 442 when he's played as a lone striker all year.
IMO Man U have probably gifted the English leagues with more talent over the last 15 years than any other club. They seem to have a decent youth academy, I hope chelsea et al are doing the same with all their cash

yes chealsea are buying success but they made it perfectly clear when the russian joined that they were aiming to have a mainly english/british team in 5-10 years time due their youth system!
