torque on Cosworth cambelt tensioner?

Question torque on Cosworth cambelt tensioner?
got my new stud and nut for my cambelt tensioner from burtonn power but what torque should it be set at?

Torque the stud to 15Nm, and use a little loctite. Torque the nut to 44Nm
