My brakes squeel and it does my head in.
I have loads of meat left on the pads.
I quite often take them out, file a chamfer in them and grease the backs. Within 100 mins they're squeeling again?

Anyone got any ideas to stop the brakes squeling?

I've found Ferodo's squeel. I still use them though as its not seriously loud and isn't constant. They didn't do it on my Mondeo but i've had 2 sets in the focus and they've both done it after bedding in.
