Right then, I've bought a Volvo T5-R estate a while ago.
Although a lot of parts hd already been renewed, it needed some TLC and a new paintjob lol
Now I'm sort of losing interest in it and can't justify spending a zillion euro's on it to get it sorted.
I do love the big black barge though as it does tick all the boxes if it was all sorted:
It's very large and practical, looks rude, reliable and safe AND quick!
Now I had decided to get rid of it BUT then I came across something new...
It's Volvo S70 wich has been fitted with a dyno proven 450 BHP engine...
2.5 litre 5-pot, done 3000 km's since build
Modded camshafts
Lightweight campulley's
Alloy flywheel
Forged pistons
Nikasil bores
Ported and flowed 20V head
Custom equal lenght manifold
Tial external wastegate
HKS blowoff valve
Forged H-section conrods
Flowed turbo (fuck knows wich one)
DTA management
SPEC clutch
Front mounted intercooler
3inch Stainless exhaust
Coilpacks
Carbon cyclone airfilter
Enlarged TB
Aquamist waterinjection, operated by ECU
The car itself is very nice as well with new 18 inch wheels, 330 mm big brake conversion, a nearly three grand suspension set from Weitec, fully polybushed and so on.
VDO satnav, full leather interior, aircon, heated seats, special grille, bumpers and spoilers.
I can buy this car for around 7000 euro and rob all the bits I like to stick on the T5-R.
That way the T5-R is a complete and utter monster and I can refit all the T5-R bits back into the S70 and re-sell that!
I'm just sorta doubting because it will be a rather large project...don't know if I can be bothered...and if I wouldn't rather buy a Maserati or something to play with...
ADVISE PLEASE!!!
Oh, and a 450 BHP FWD car...wonder what that's like to drive!
