Default Bbs split rims!!

Cut a long story short I live on a fishery (people come fishing for days on end) and I happen to notice these alloys on a old vw polo are they worth much? Thinking about putting them on me s2 and telling the lad I'll buy them off him! I've put a tape on them and there 15's.

Is it worth me having a word to buy them? Are they sort after? Been thinking about a set of rims for the s2.

Here's a picture:

Your S2 PCD Is 4X108, If That Is An Old Polo, And 4 Stud, It Will Be 4X100 So They Wont Fit, As Your PCD (Stud Pattern) Is Different. Some Citroens And Peugoet Run 4X108 PCD, But The Offset Is Usually Wrong, So Even Though The Stud Pattern Would Fit, The Wheels Would Sit Either To Far In, Or Out.

And landrover wheels are round so they should fit too?!

The distance between the studs is 8mm more on your car than the polo so they might aswell be 6 stud as they just won't fit.

So you're thinking of putting the wheels on your car then telling the lad you'll buy them off him?

Is it just me FFS??

What you gonna offer him, 4 wagon wheels to drive home on? Or were you thinking of swapping him with your wheels so you could both have wheels that don't fit your cars? I think he'll be well up for it.

Btw, they look like 14's to me anyway. If you measure a wheel with a tape measure to the outside the figure is larger than the 'wheel size' as the wheel size is to where the tyre fits inside IIRC
