Default Smoking on track at ford fair why?

Was out on track today giving my s1 rs absolute death 2.0 zvh, when i noticed some smoke in my rear view window, i carried on caning it and it stopped for a lap then on the next lap it started puthering it out like id blown the turbo and it seemed to be down on power too! i finished my session car was pretty hot 3 quarters up the temp gauge, let it cool down and set off home (2 n half hour drive) and it was absolutely fine not an ounce of smoke and was running bak to its old self turbo spooling up and sounding crisp, What was all that about?

Someone said it was all the hard cornering making the oil swill about and get in my breather system, in to the metering unit and obviously in the engine to be burnt hence the smoke, and input appreciated.

sounds like you need a proper breather system and catch tank

I expect all your temps were through the roof, so your ecu took a load of ignition out of it. As stated above you need to get a decent breather system sooner rather than later.

He said blue smoke (oil) not black smoke (fuel) so it's not the ECU pulling timing out.
Could be breather related if your running the standard setup?
