Cosworth antifreeze

What's the best to get and where from also how much will I need and as I'm gonna be changing matrix is it worth doin a full rad flush

Just buy some cheap stuff for now mate if you going to flush it soon... It won't hurt anything... The pink stuff I use is only £5

I always use Halfords, just so long as it meets Ford approval. They also state which period of vehicle they are suitable for. I always change every couple of years anyway, so am not interested in the supposed 10 year life of the more expensive stuff. Most are OAT as well as IAT is quite rare now.
