uprated brakes

i know uprated pads ie ebc ect make a difference to standard pads but is this the same with the discs, was looking at some drilled and groved fronts on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-SIERR...#ht_2505wt_906
the ebc ones are twice the price is it worth it

I use siera cosie 4x4 disks and pads on my fiesta! upgraded to tarox after I warped the for origionals! these are much better and they were ballanced too! -> breakfade seems to be a thing of the past now!
