Default any body know of clifford alarm people in or

around the cardiff, barry area i,v had a bit of work done on body of car, now the alarm goes off when i conect battery up but cant turn off with fob, changed battery no good i have noticed that the bonnet pin has been cut dont know if this would cause it any help would be great as i cant get power to dash until this is sorted any numbers or help please cheers

The bodyshop has not put the vehicle into valet mode before working on the car and have "freaked" it out.

Turn the key to ignition II and enter your valet code. This should override the system.

Once the vehicle is silent, put the alarm into valet mode again (so the LED is on permanently) and then disconnect the battery. Wait 30 seconds and then reconnect the battery. Everything should be fine then.

have'ent got a clue m8 battery was disconected thats all i know and the bonnet pin has been cut for some reason car has'ent been used for over 2 years, the led light flash's the alarm sounds but wont turn off from the fob also has a imobliser that would this be something to do with the connections on the battery not sure if i got them on the right + or negative right useally black wire's mean neg there's also a blue 1 which i think is neg but not sure also have'ent got a valet code the alarm is a 300 model i think

or could it be because i havent connected the front and back lights up ? i really dont know

Put the black wire on the live mate had this on a old Clifford

Well I did that and fried the black wire oops so if any has a m8 in the buissnes done my way could have a bit of work any help would be great

Valet code is the middle 4 numbers on the serial number on the back of a concept 300

I've only had one Clifford many years ago, a concept 50x I think it was, but I had a rocker switch to input the valet code?

also if my proscimity sensor is playing up would that cause the fob to not be able to turn it off ?

My valet switch was more old skool than that, but essentially does the same job... in the manual it'll tell you how to use that properly.

You have changed the batteries in the fob to rule that out??

yes done battery times 3 times have'ent got manual so i think i might just replace the whole lot shame as it was'ent a bad alarm just need some 1 half tidy to do job for me as car is stuck as i cant get no power to car as imobalised

every time i ever by a car with a clifford on i cut it out and fit something good as they are crap to be honest. dont no why people fit them there nothing but trouble
