Hpi check help

Im looking at an evo 6 at the moment so i did an hpi check on it and got this back

As i see it is that before the plate went on the evo it was in anccident on another car in 1999 .is this correct as the car was only registered in the uk in 2006 as its an import.

Id not worry. Your car was issued with a S registration as its a 1999. Then it was given a private plate that had been on a damadged car then thats been taken off and the origional plate has been put back on. Probably just coincidental that the damadged car was a mitsibushi of some kind

i dont know but the number plate that is listed as having an accident is C5MLY so im guessing its ment to look like smalley which could be the persons name who had the accident.
