Default Dashboard removal to remove mk4 escort door?
Hi, does the dashboard have to be removed to gain access to the top 2 13mm bolts on the o/s door on a mk4 escort?

no and the pins probs wont come out.

bottom bolts are easy and top ones take the clocks out if you cant get in

you should be able to get up to the bolts from below.

Why don't you remove the bolts on the chassis rather than the door?
