What do these type of cameras do?
Just out of curiosity..... there's one near my house and I wanted to know what it's for. It seems to be facing oncoming traffic at the opposite side of the road. Check out the dodgy diagram below!

or a trevelo camera too as there somtimes in yellow 
, does it have a red lenze in it, oh and its its facing traffice lights its a traffic light camera or it could also be a bus lane camera as they use the same for them too

if its at a cross roads and theres traffic lights there then its proba traffic light cameram, otherwise the would stick it before the cross roads as if ya slow down when ya att the cross roads ya could still speed and kill people, a few hundred yards before is a safer option to place it ( behind a sigh stating a cross road os comming up usually )
