we had a toyota hilux done a few years ago by a local garage £2000 had a bit of rust repair done, within 12 months it was rusting again and the paint was coming off showing rust again

my dad had his stingray resprayed and when he looked down the side of it it literally looked like an orange skin

lol
he refused to pay and made them redo it until he was happy

check there work first plenty of cowboys out there.

what he said...i had a mk1 fiesta years ago which was a rusty brown colour...i sanded it all down on my drive with a 8.99 argos sander

...also had a cheap mini compressor kit an used the gun what came with it...got all 2k paint from a local paint shop...only got half way through it tho cos got a mk3 but it came out alright ...bit orange pealy...propberly would of flattened back...not sure with black tho heard its quite a hard colour to paint ?? worth a try tho...
