not a yb but i had my oil temp in a sump plug adaptor, and water temp in the top rad hose but that was probably better to be fitted in the thermostat housing

Ive currently got my defi oil temp in the wing of my sump, but it never seems to get very warm.

I thought about the water one in my thermostat housing but then thought i wouldnt get a true reading until the stat opens ?

if your running a stack dash you wont be needing the standard dash water temp sensor so fit it in the same hole. You can get thread adaptors if needs be.

oil temp copy the escos set up with a takeoff so you can put the oil pressure and temp sensor in the same place where the oil switch normally goes.

The sensor for temp for the stack is massive compared to the original one so doubt it would go anywhere near the original sensor hole. With an adaptor the end of the sensor would be out of the flow of water too

Any pictures of the escort setup ?

my stack water temp sensor was exact same size as the original one on the exhaust side so just swapped them over.

just remember you need a pressure sensor that does combined pressure guage and pressure switch so that the oil light works still. for a track car you NEED a big red oil light rather than an easily ignorable oil pressure alarm on your dash.
