Default Oil pressures

What pressures would you expect to see on a YB between a standard pump and a high pressure pump at idle and 4000rpm ?

My engine before was about 35psi on idle going up to about 45ish, the new hp pump is 70 on idle and about 80psi when driving, this is cold though and does drop a tiny bit when warm.

With what grade oil ?
Mine on a std pinto pump(£24) is around 35psi hot idle, 88C(water) 80C oil, and about 55 psi at over 2300rpm, this is on 10W40 oil though so would be higher on thicker oil, pressures like 80psi are so seriously not needed.
