As per title I dont need to know who the vehicle is insured for just if its insured, and mot'd as a friend is being messed about by there lates sons partner whos say the vehicle need lots off work and but i checked dvla licensing and its been taxed since it was last seen and the mot had run out, they live about 4 hr driveaway from the vehicle so its hard to check what condition its in.

if you have the V5 document number you can use the car tax pages on the direct gov website.

pop the number in and the reg of the car and it'll give you each MOT and the mileage at which it was MOT'd.

at least you'll know if its genuine mileage or not

they dont have any paper work for the motor thats the problem, as she was living with their late son so she had all the paperwork, and no is refusng to give them any of his stuff, some off it she has already given away to her family
