Ideally it wants the ratios changing if its on the limiter that early, can't see you having any problems smashing out a 9 if its still pulling at the 1/4 like it was on the 1/8 at CF !

We've got the opportunity to get some more time at the pod next week so we're going to explore a number of different options

What are the two lambda's for?
is it possible for you to miss a gear with the current box as it sounded like it had missed a gear or not changed fast enough 3rd or 4th on your last run on sunday?

Two lambdas in there are both widebands. One is for Wennys AEM gauge in the car and one of them was for my AFR monitoring/logging equipment.
