C635YPW. Where's my first car?
sounds like a long shot but I wanna find my first car, it was a 950 pop fiesta, in burgundy, I sold the car in 1993 in pristine condition after having it resprayed, it had xr2 wheels, it shows on dvla tax that it was not taxed after 1994, it shows nothing bad on HPI, yet I know it was sold by the dealer to a middle aged woman for 1895 quid in july 94 then it disappeared, So as far as i'm aware it hasn't been scrapped, but i could be wrong, it may be in lincs area but could be anywhere, I don't care if its rotten as hell with just a steering wheel and some wheels left, I want it.
The enquiry is complete

Could try applying for a logbook and see what happenns?
You'll remember Matt that years ago you never needed to fill anything in to scrap a car so it could have happened years ago and not been logged in.an old series one I owned still shows up as not scrapped on Dvla database,c985 nwv,I broke the car back in 1998 and never registered it scrap,in fact I gave the I.d to a mate of a mate who'd got caught out buying one on finance but he never used it and broke his as well.
I did consider resurecting it when I saw an xr3i converted series one replica on here to assist insurance purposes but the pf do gooders tried to say I was ringing a car and completely missed the point!!!!
Changing I.d differs highly from stealing someone's car and using anothers I.d to put it back on the road illegally, well,in my eyes anyway but of course maybe not the laws!!!
