depends on your spring rates mine is set to full soft.
trial and error, see what you like.

Read this: https://passionford.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=100920

and then it's trial and error until you find something YOU are happy with.

Euan I know that thay can split the inner wings if they are set too hard and a strutbrace is also fitted. it happened on my saff and I was told it was common on 3 doors

But as said above it does depend on your spring rates

not sure what springs i got actually. they are either eibach or h+r.
both are quality manufacturers.
will just set it half way and go from there.
any setting has got to be better than the standard shocks!

Yeah means you can give me a shot on Sunday now

Forgot to say, Andy's track saff is set at full stiffness and handles really well but thats only ever used on track and not on the road.

Speak to my mate Andy on Sunday nite as he used bushes from something else on his exhaust to make it sit higher

i used to run mine on my XR4x4 at full soft and they were still a LOT stiffer than standard.

ive heard youre suposed to set em full soft then stiffen them up over the years as they wear. if you set em to full hard theyllwear a lot quicker.

dunno if thats pub talk biullshit or not tho

Jim, IIRC the original Koni adjustable was designed to compensate for wear, I guess someone saw the potential of that idea for their current marketing ......
