Firewall padding, what to use?

I've pretty much given up on finding a good used or nos firewall padding so wandered if any one has any alternative material ideas, quite like the heat reflective sheets u can get, look like foil but double sided they've used it on overhaulin once for a bulkhead, anyone and ideas or pics they could show me in case I do it and it looks shit?'

I'm wanting to do it where the old cloth type padding went plus round the tunnel and there the exhaust is, I'll go have a looky on tinternet see what I can find but a pic of yours would be appreciated

Maybe this stuff would do, says fire retardant so should be up to the job!

I have two very nice original 3dr/rs500 ones available, pm me if interested, these are the ones that wrap around the gearbox tunnel in the engine bay, with the silver section where the downpipe goes, not the one that covers the heater bulkhead.

Cheers Paul but to be honest I think I'll go for the silver adhesive foil stuff, cars got a motor sport feel to it so I think it'll look good, I'll keep you in mind if it turns out lookin naff tho!
