being greedy with food
i recently can't stop eating the majority being unhealthy foods...
to counter it i have to spend one hour thirty mins in the gym every night
does anyone else go throught this phase of eating to much food and always feeling hungry?
to make matters worse, i work at a desk and still feel one hour thirty minutes in the gym is not enough

i have been like that lately, was getting into the routine of gym / eating healthy the back end of last year but havent really been since christmas and have found i have been eating more/worse and drinking more, got to the point where clothes feeling tight etc. Im away away this month and am hoping the heat (in Abu dhabi atm) and the fact the hotel has a gym will help me shed a few pounds. i have managed 4 or 5 days out of 7 so far but its hard getting motivated after working a 12 hour shift!

look at it this way to burn 7500 calories which is 1kg of fat you have to walk 40 miles. So just imagine how many calories you are consuming. I was over weight im 6ft 2 and weighed 106kg I now weigh 97kg after 8 weeks. I eat 6 times through out the day so im never really craving food. My goal is to get down to 90kg in the next 4 weeks. Eating junk food never stems hunger. Try eating a large salad n I don't mean lettuce n tomato go the full hog, I have spinach, cherry tomato, spring onion, red peppers, cucumber then chuck some pine nuts on top. Then I'd choose some sort of fish or meat to chuck on top to make me feel manly so tuna, makrel, sardines, cherizo, pastrami or even some chicken breast, you'd be surprised how good and satisfied you feel after it.

With anything food related that's classed as bad for you its a case of doing it in moderation
I'm 6'1 and weigh 20 stones, a few summers ago I was 18 stones which is where I want to get to again, I'm in the gym 3 or 4 times a week cardio/weight training and still play football (goal keeper) so I consider myself as reasonably fit but I'm carrying too much weight at the moment
food is also where I go wrong, sweets, take aways etc are so easy and regularly available
only advice I can give is to watch your calorie and saturated fat intake, enjoy a blow out from time to time and keep up the gym work/exercise it is benificial
