i thought the arms ive posted only have wider arms? which would hit the beam at the same height as the other beam?
+ it saves you loads on tyre wear as it wears the whole tyre and not just the inside edge. with the cost of tyres, a 6deg beam can pay for it's self in a couple of years.
its one thing i have been thinking about, fitting a 6 degree beam for a good few years first with the sapp now the 3 door
I was speaking to someone recently and they said it is an absolute must to fit one of these to a RWD Cossie - would like one but i have a tonne of other bits that need sorting first before i could spend on one.
Mr Licker are you making these now you have made your first?

always the way always something else comes up lol, think it would prob finish the 3 door off and help make use of the launch control and the long 1st gear one day,,maybe
Tony, the only reason we notch the beam is just in case, under hard hard use and landings and squatting it's a possibility, so more a safety feature.
For most its over kill but hey!
I have got the ADR 6deg beam and it's not notched out, the other day I had the damper off the car but the wheel on and the wheel touched the inside the wheel well before the arm got near contacting the beam and that's not taking into account the std spring seat bumpstops as I have removed them.
I've also compared an ADR beam to a Bajoo beam JIG that a friend has made and it the only difference is the finish of the fabrication of the inner joint on the beam the Bajoo one has an open end but the ADR is rounded and obviously the cut out.
I would like to see if it made any differance with mine, i had some serious tramping to the point where i thought the diff was going to come out and go past me, happily now with my MSD rear diff mount it seems to have cured the problem and now seems to grip and go with a little squat. mmmmmmmmmmmmm
So I know the adrenaline stage 2 beam is about £1000 and modifys your own beam but how much are the other options. And has anyone actually had both next to each other to do a direct comparison.
