Turbo help needed

Just after a bit of info on turbo's
I have a turbo for my focos project that came with the car ive never realyl took much notice till last week as its been under the bench in my shed but it has no water cooling fitting's just oil.
Is it ok to run with out water cooling? will i just have to blank the fitting off on the watre pump (4x4 one ) ?
We think it's a t34 - 63
